Do you have questions or concerns? We are happy to help you. The reception in the main building is open from Monday to Friday 07.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. for all administrative needs. From 07.00 p.m. you will be attended to by students of the University of St.Gallen.
A suitable socket for your German electronic appliances can be found at the front of your room desk. Adapters for devices from other countries are available at reception.
Your room is available for check-in on the day of arrival from 3.00 p.m.
Please check-out by noon on the day of your departure.
You can find ATM's at any bank branch in the city center or at the main railway station.
Bathrobes are available in the sauna cloakroom. Bathrobes bearing the University of St.Gallen logo are available for sale at reception at a price of CHF 65.00 each.
Please ask at reception for summer blankets and special pillows. Mattresses are cleaned regularly according to a special process.
The bus lines 5 and 9 run to the city center and to the railway station.
As an overnight guest, you receive a St.Gallen-Bodensee Mobility-Ticket. This ticket offers free public transport, in the entire city of St.Gallen and as far as Rorschach.
Our catering partner offers healthy and varied food options on campus. Meals are served at the following times.

St.Gallen's drinking water (tap water) comes 100% from Lake Constance. The water is taken from the lake at a depth of 60 meters and treated to produce drinking water of the highest quality.
A small selection of hygiene articles is available at reception.

You always have access to the HSG Alumni House by means of your key card. Please hold your key card against the number pad on the wall, to the left of the door.
You are free to make use of the laundry in the basement, free of charge. It offers a washing machine, washing powder, tumble dryer and an iron and ironing board. You can also have your laundry washed through us or via "Wöschbox". You will find the price list and laundry bag in the drawer in your room.
The city of St.Gallen not only has a charming, traffic-free old town with handcrafted bay windows. The world-famous landmarks are the Baroque cathedral and the Abbey Library, which houses more than 170,000 documents, some written by hand, that are over 1,000 years old. They were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983. The interesting museums, the diverse culinary options and the proximity to the idyllic Lake Constance or the naturally powerful Alpstein mountains, make St.Gallen a hotspot for culture and nature lovers.

In the Lounge you will find a selection of magazines and daily newspapers as well as non-fiction and fiction.
From Monday to Friday, you can order snacks and small dishes until 7 p.m. at the coffee bar in the main building or by phone +41 71 224 25 70. Alternatively, you can have your favourite meal delivered by JUST EAT. In the Lounge, there is a small kitchen with a microwave oven for warming up food you have brought with you.
There are numerous paths in the vicinity of the Executive Campus HSG which are suitable for walking, running and biking. Reception staff will be happy to provide you with tips.

You can obtain shoe cleaning material at the reception desk in the main building.
Smoking is absolutely prohibited in all rooms. Outdoor smoking areas are marked and you will find ashtrays at the entrances to the buildings.
The public swimming pool Rotmonten is a 5 minutes walk from the Executive Campus HSG. You can find further information regarding other pools in the city of St.Gallen here.

The terrace of the HSG Alumni House is accessible from the lounge and offers wonderful seating in summer.
From St.Gallen there are regular trains to Zürich Airport and Zürich Main Station. You can find SBB timetables here.
You can access online TV providers via your notebook. A TV is available for you in the lounge.
An umbrella is available for use in your room. You can purchase the umbrella with the logo of the University of St.Gallen for CHF 25.00 at reception.
With your room card you have access to the underground garage. The parking spaces cost CHF 15.00/day and are allocated on the "first come, first served" basis. Otherwise you can also park in the outdoor blue zone parking bays. Day permits can be easily and conveniently be purchased by smartphone (TWINT or Parkingpay Switzerland). For guests arriving by electric car, there is a quick-charging station for electric cars on the forecourt of the Executive Campus HSG. Car batteries are fully charged within just two hours. The station was installed in cooperation with St.Gallen-Appenzell power station SA and the evpass SA network. It is a "Range XT 22kW" station with "CCS plug" and "CHAdeMo plug". It can be recharged using the evpass via APP or "RFID card". Please note that evpass operates this charging station and sets the prices.
